Inclusion of Dependent(s)
You can include your dependants such as your spouse, parents, parents-in-law, and children under your MM2H visa.
Legal documents such as a marriage certificate or birth certificates are required to prove the relationship.
Dependants must be physically present in Malaysia.
Documents & Process for Inclusion Submission
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR INCLUSION OF DEPENDENT SUBMISSION

Letter of Intention by the principal – Must be signed by principal.

Copy of Conditional Approval Letter.

Copy of the principal's current passport, including the particulars page, current MM2H visa page, and latest entry stamp page.

Copy of the dependant's current passport, including the particulars page and latest Malaysia entry stamp page.

Dependants must submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card via this link 3 days before arriving in Malaysia, and enter Malaysia manually to receive the Malaysia Entry Stamp in their passport (Do not enter via Fastlane/E-Gate/MM2H Lane/Special Lane).

Fixed Deposit / Time Deposit Method:

New and original Bank Lien Letter with the current date and passport number(s) – Must include the bank's header, bank officer's name, signature, and stamp.

Latest bank statement showing your Fixed Deposit / Time Deposit account and amount (must match the new Bank Lien Letter) – It must be certified by the bank officer including their name, date of certification, stamp and signature.

Offshore Income / Pension Method:

Latest 3 months bank statement showing deposit of offshore income or pension of more than RM10,000 (must be in English). If it’s translated, it has to be certified by your embassy as “CTC” (Certified True Copy).

Latest bank statement showing a balance in local savings/current bank of RM350,000 or more.

Confirmation letter from the government for pensioners.

Personal Bond for each dependent – We will obtain this for you free of charges.

Official relationship documents such as marriage and birth certificates – These must be in English and certified by the Malaysian Embassy/Consulate abroad or a Foreign Embassy/Consulate in Malaysia. For more details on the certification of marriage and birth certificates, please visit here.

Copy of Malaysian Medical/Health Insurance for applicants aged below 60 – If you don’t have this, we can assist in purchasing a basic insurance policy for renewal purposes with additional charges billed to the invoice.

Medical health check and report (MFII) for each dependent – This can be done at any licensed clinic or hospital in Malaysia and must be signed and stamped by the doctor on each MFII Form.

Original Statutory Declaration of being “single”, “unmarried” and "unemployed in Malaysia" via a Commissioner of Oaths in Malaysia – Required for dependents aged 21 years old and above.
NOTE: Children under an MM2H dependent pass can only follow the principal up to 34 years old (aligned with their date of birth or less, depending on their passport’s validity and the principal's MM2H visa validity date). -
Two passport-sized photos with a blue background of each dependent – You can send us photos with a different background colour, or we can take the photo at our office and arrange printing, with additional charges billed to the invoice.
All documents must be provided to us at least 2 days before our visit to the MM2H Centre.
The processing time for inclusion of dependents submission at the MM2H Centre is 1 working day. However, in the event of system issues at the MM2H Centre, processing may be delayed by 1 or 2 working days, depending on the situation at the MM2H Centre.
The MM2H Centre will take approximately 3 months to review and process your submission. We will update the applicant(s) once we receive the Approval Letter for their inclusion of dependents.
Dependents have 6 months from the date stated on the Approval Letter to complete their endorsement. We strongly encourage dependents to proceed with their endorsement as soon as possible to avoid any unforeseen issues, such as a system breakdown at the MM2H Centre.
Documents & Process for Inclusion Endorsement
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR INCLUSION OF DEPENDENT ENDORSEMENT
Once we have obtained the Approval Letter for the Inclusion of a Dependant, the dependant(s) have 6 months from the date stated on the Approval Letter to complete the endorsement. The dependant(s) must be physically present in Malaysia and provide the following documents for the MM2H Inclusion of Dependant endorsement

Authorization Letter by the principal – Must be signed by the principal.

Original and copy of the MM2H Approval Letter for Inclusion of Dependents.

Copy of the principal's particulars passport page and MM2H visa page.

Original passport of dependent(s) with latest entry stamp on it.
All documents must be provided to us at least 2 days before our visit to the MM2H Centre.
The processing time for the inclusion of dependents endorsement at the MM2H Office is 1 working day, and the passports will be returned to the dependents the following day. However, if the MM2H system encounters issues on that day, the processing time may be delayed by 1 or 2 working days (or more), which will affect when we can return the passports.
