Inclusion of Dependent(s)
You can include your dependents such as spouse, parents, parents-in-law, and children under your MM2H.
Legal documents such as marriage certificate or birth certificates are required to prove the relationship. Dependents must be physically present in Malaysia.
Documents & Process for Inclusion Submission
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR INCLUSION OF DEPENDENT SUBMISSION

Letter of Intention by the principal – Must be signed by the principal.

Copy of the MM2H Approval Letter.

Copy of the principal current passport particular page, current MM2H visa page, and latest entry stamp page.

Copy of the dependent current passport particular page and latest Malaysia entry stamp page.
Dependent(s) must submit Malaysia Digital Arrival Card via this link 3 days before the arrival in Malaysia, and enter Malaysia manually to receive the Malaysia Entry Stamp onto his/her passport (Never enter via Fastlane/E-Gate/MM2H Lane/Special Lane).

Fixed Deposit or Time Deposit Method:

New and original Bank Lien Letter with the current date and passport number(s) – Must have bank header, bank officer name, signature, and stamp.

Latest bank statement showing your Fixed Deposit / Time Deposit account and amount (must be the same as the new Bank Lien Letter) – It must be certified by the bank officer with its name, date of certification, stamp and signature.

Offshore Income / Pension Method:

Latest 3 months bank statement showing deposit of offshore income or pension of more than RM10,000 (must be in English).
If it’s translated, it has to be certified by your embassy as “CTC” (Certified True Copy).

Latest statement showing balance in local saving/current bank of RM350,000 or more.

Confirmation letter from the government for pensioners.

Personal Bond for each applicant(s) – We will buy for you with free of charges.

Official relationship documents issued by authorities such as marriage and birth certificates are required – Must be in English and certified by Malaysian Embassy/Consulate from abroad or the Foreign Embassy/Consulate in Malaysia.

Copy of Malaysian Medical/Health Insurance for applicant(s) aged below 60 – If you don’t have it, we can help you buy a cheap insurance just for the renewal purposes with additional charges billed onto the invoice.

Medical health check and report for MFII for each applicant(s) – Can be done at any licenced clinics or hospitals in Malaysia and must be signed and stamped by the doctor on each MFII Form.

Original Statutory Declaration as “single” and “unmarried” via Commissioners of Oath in Malaysia – Only for dependent(s) who is 21 years old and above.
NOTE: Children aged below 34 years old can be included under MM2H dependent pass and the children can follow till 34 years old (aligned with their date of birth or lesser depending on the new passport validity date). -
2 pieces of passport sized photo with blue background – You can send us the photo with different background colour or we will take a photo at our office and send it for printing with additional charges billed onto the invoice.
All documents has to be presented to us about at least 2 days before our trip to MM2H Centre.
Processing time for inclusion submission at MM2H Centre is 1 working day, but in the event there are system issue at MM2H Centre, processing time will be delayed for 1 or 2 working days depending on the status at MM2H Centre.
MM2H Centre will take 3 months (or more) for the MM2H Centre to review and process your submission – We will update the applicant(s) once we received the new Approval Letter for their dependent(s) inclusion endorsement.
Dependent(s) added into MM2H have 6 months from the date stated on the new Approval Letter to do the endorsement. We strongly encourage the dependent(s) to proceed with their endorsement as soon as possible to avoid any unforeseen issue (such as MM2H system breakdown).
Documents & Process for Inclusion Endorsement
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR INCLUSION OF DEPENDENT ENDORSEMENT
Once we obtained the Approval Letter for the Inclusion of Dependent, dependent(s) have 6 months from the date stated on the Approval Letter to do the endorsement – Dependent(s) must be physically present in Malaysia and bring the following documents listed here to us for endorsement of MM2H Inclusion of Dependent:

Authorization Letter by the principal – Must be signed by the principal.

Original MM2H Approval Letter for Inclusion of Dependent.

Original passport of dependent(s) with latest entry stamp on it.
All documents has to be presented to us about at least 2 days before our trip to MM2H Centre.
Processing time for inclusion endorsement at MM2H Centre is 1 working day, and the passport(s) will be returned to the dependent(s) on the following day at our office. However, in case of MM2H system has issue, it will take another 1- or 2-day(s) to be processed at Putrajaya before returning to the dependent(s) passport(s) on the next day.
