Partial Fixed Deposit Withdrawal
MM2H applicants can do partial withdrawal from their MM2H Fixed Deposit after one year of their first endorsement for 4 purposes – Purchasing property and new car, medical treatment from clinics/hospitals, and education for their children under MM2H in Malaysia. The maximum withdrawal limit is:

RM50,000 for RM150,000 Fixed Deposit.

RM150,000 for RM300,000 Fixed Deposit.

(For eMM2H) RM500,000 for RM1,000 000 Fixed Deposit.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR PARTIAL FIXED DEPOSIT WITHDRAWAL

Authorization Letter by the principal – Must be signed by the principal.

Copy of the MM2H Approval Letter.

Copy of all old till current passports particular page of the applicant(s) and all the MM2H visas pages – To show the continuation of the applicant(s) MM2H visa.

Copy of the MM2H Fixed Deposit Bank Lien Letter.

Copy of the MM2H Fixed Deposit Bank slips/certs.

Latest Fixed Deposit Bank Statement showing your MM2H Fixed Deposit latest amount and interest on maturity – It must be stamped as “CTC” (Certified True Copy) and signed with current date by the bank officer.

Release Letter if the applicant applied his/her MM2H via his/her previous agent/sponsor that is still active.
Due to impersonation fraud, if there is a change of agent/sponsor, a Release Letter from the original agent/sponsor must be obtained whereby the previous agent/sponsor are absolved of all responsibilities to the MM2H applicant.
The applicant can request this letter by themselves or Alter Domus can help the applicant to request on behalf of the applicant – Previous agent/sponsor will ask for certain charges for a Release Letter due to the loss of their potential clients and business. -
Personal Bond (for each applicant) if applicant(s) did not apply via Alter Domus – We will help you buy it free of charge.
FD Withdrawal for Property Purchase in Malaysia
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FIXED DEPOSIT WITHDRAWAL FOR PROPERTY PURCHASE IN MALAYSIA

Copy of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA or S&P) of property purchase – Must be dated after the date of the first endorsement. We will also help you to certify it free of charge.

Copy of the payment receipt to housing developer or relevant stakeholder.

Proof of payment – Bank statement that shows the payment of your property purchase (Must have either one of the applicant’s names that’s on the Approval Letter).

If it is a completed property, any utility bill (such as TNB, PBA, IWK, etc.) that has the address of the property you purchased is required.
All documents has to be presented to us about at least 2 days before our first trip to MM2H Centre.
Processing time for partial Fixed Deposit withdrawal submission at MM2H Centre is 1 working day, and it will take at least 3 to 5 working days for the partial Fixed Deposit withdrawal to be approved – We will update the status of the submission and approval in real-time.
FD Withdrawal for Medical Treatment/Expenses in Malaysia

Cumulative medical bills of approved medical expenses from the clinic/hospital – Must have either one of the applicant’s names that’s on the Approval Letter).

Proof of payment – Bank slips and bank statement that showing the payment of the medical expenses (Must have either one of the applicant’s names that’s on the Approval Letter).
All documents has to be presented to us about at least 2 days before our first trip to MM2H Centre.

FD Withdrawal for Education of Children under MM2H

**FD Withdrawal for Car Purchase in Malaysia
**NOTE: If the Approval Letter stated that car purchase is allowed with partial withdrawal, the applicant(s) can buy a new car in Malaysia via cash (not loan).
