Client Acquisition (ACQ) Team
The Client Acquisition (ACQ) Team is the first point of contact for individuals and families interested in the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme. Our dedicated team is responsible for responding to enquiries, providing initial guidance, and assessing each prospect’s eligibility based on the latest MM2H requirements.
With extensive knowledge of the MM2H programme, the ACQ team carefully evaluates each case to ensure applicants meet the necessary criteria before proceeding. This initial screening process helps streamline applications and ensures that prospective clients receive accurate advice from the very beginning of their MM2H journey.
Once a prospect has been qualified, the ACQ team seamlessly transfers the case to our New MM2H Application Team, who will guide the client through the application process from document preparation to submission and approval.

Digital Marketing Team
The Digital Marketing Team plays a key role in promoting both Alter Domus (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. and Malaysia as a preferred destination for international residents. Through strategic marketing initiatives, the team helps raise awareness of the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme and showcases the lifestyle, opportunities, and benefits of living in Malaysia.
The team is responsible for managing the company's digital presence across various platforms, including website content, social media channels, and online campaigns. They create engaging content, design marketing materials, produce educational videos, and manage the publication of content on our YouTube channel and other digital platforms.
A key part of the team's work is supporting our Managing Director, Ch'ng Toh Ghee (TG), who regularly shares valuable insights, industry updates, and practical guidance on the MM2H programme through our YouTube channel. These educational resources help prospective applicants gain a better understanding of the programme, its requirements, and the process of making Malaysia their second home.
By combining informative content with innovative digital marketing strategies, the Digital Marketing Team helps connect prospective clients worldwide with trusted MM2H information and the services offered by Alter Domus.

Accounting & Human Resources (HR)
The Accounting & Human Resources (HR) Department is responsible for overseeing the company's financial administration and employee-related matters, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Alter Domus.
The department manages a wide range of accounting and administrative functions, including maintaining staff leave records, processing travel and overtime claims, monitoring client fixed deposit records, managing fee payments, and ensuring accurate financial documentation and reporting.
In addition, the department supports the company's human resource functions by maintaining employee records, coordinating internal administrative matters, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Through careful financial management and effective administrative support, the Accounting & HR Department plays a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and providing essential support to both our clients and team members.

New MM2H Application Team
The New MM2H Application Team is responsible for managing the entire MM2H application process from document preparation through to the endorsement of the applicant’s first MM2H visa.
Once a qualified prospect is referred by the Client Acquisition Team, our specialists guide clients through every stage of the application journey. Throughout the application process, the team closely monitors each case, addresses any enquiries or requests from the authorities, and keeps clients regularly informed of their application status. They serve as the primary point of contact, providing timely updates and guidance to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Upon approval, the team coordinates the necessary arrangements for visa endorsement and assists clients through the final stages of obtaining their first MM2H visa. With a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and personalized service, the New MM2H Application Team ensures that every client receives professional support from application submission to successful visa endorsement.

Post-Endorsement & Operations Team

Post-Endorsement Team
The Post-Endorsement Team is responsible for managing all matters related to clients after they have successfully obtained their MM2H visa. The team provides ongoing support to ensure clients remain compliant with programme requirements and enjoy a smooth long-term experience in Malaysia.
Their responsibilities include handling MM2H visa renewals, inclusion of dependents, driving licence and conversion assistance, transfer of visas onto new passports, and MM2H application terminations when required.
The team also serves as a key point of contact for existing MM2H participants, providing guidance on immigration-related matters and assisting clients with any changes to their personal circumstances throughout their MM2H journey.
With a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and client care, the Post-Endorsement Team ensures that clients continue to receive professional support long after their initial MM2H visa has been endorsed.

Operations Team
The Operations Team serves as the vital link between Alter Domus and the relevant government authorities, ensuring that applications and supporting documents are submitted accurately and efficiently.
The team is responsible for coordinating and delivering application documents directly to the relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC), as well as liaising with immigration officers and other government agencies when required. They oversee document logistics, track application progress, and ensure that all submissions comply with the latest regulatory requirements.
Working closely with both the application and post-endorsement teams, the Operations Team helps facilitate smooth processing, timely submissions, and effective communication with government departments. Their dedication and attention to detail play a crucial role in ensuring that client applications progress efficiently through every stage of the MM2H process.
