Maid Visa Renewal
Once you bring in a maid from abroad via a licensed maid agency, you can put her under your MM2H, and her maid visa can be renewed annually at the MM2H Office at Putrajaya.
Conditions for Maid Visa Renewal under MM2H

The maid must be physically present in Malaysia.

The maid must go through FOMEMA health check annually – The principal (employer) must provide us the login details and password of FOMEMA to book an appointment with the FOMEMA clinic panels (2-3 months before the maid’s current visa expiry date). The FOMEMA result must be stated as “suitable”. If it is stated as “unsuitable” an appeal made to FOMEMA must be done within 14 days, and the FOMEMA clinic panel doctor will assign a proper laboratory test to do an in-depth health test – FOMEMA will then review the result of the laboratory to determine if she is suitable to continue working under you as maid in Malaysia (additional charges will be applied for appeal).

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR MAID VISA RENEWAL UNDER MM2H

Authorization Letter by the principal – Must be signed by the principal.

Copy of the principal (employer/main applicant) MM2H Approval Letter.

Copy of the approval of maid’s employment letter.

Copy of the principal current passport particular page and the current MM2H visa page.

Original and copy of the maid’s current passport particular page, current MM2H visa page, and latest entry stamp page.

Latest/Current Contract of Employment that’s stamped by LHDNM – We will prepare one for you and your maid that’s following the current/latest format and requirements of MM2H Office with the additional charges billed to your invoice.

2 pieces of passport sized photo with blue background (for maid) – You can send us the photo with different background colour or we will take a photo at our office and send it for printing with additional charges billed onto the invoice.
All documents has to be presented to us about at least 2 days before our trip to MM2H Centre.
Processing time for maid visa renewal under MM2H at MM2H Centre is 1 working day, and the passport will be returned to your maid on the next day at our office. However, in the event of MM2H system has issue, it will take another 1- or 2-day(s) to be processed at Putrajaya before returning to the passport on the following day.
