KL and JB MM2H Centres Of Excellence

We have received permission from MOTAC on 22-01-2025 to open offices in Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur. Although we are given six months to do so, we shall get them up and running the soonest possible.

They are already on Google Map and Grab ride sharing app.

Our Penang HQ, KL and JB will now be known as Alter Domus MM2H Centre of Excellence. What does it mean by Centre of Excellence? From Wikipedia : A center of excellence (COE or CoE), also called an excellence center, is a team, a shared facility or an entity that provides leadership, best practices, research, support, or training for a focus area. We have been in this business since 2004. Being the first license holder means we carry the role of leadership in MM2H and providing excellent services, services beyond the expectation of our clients.

We provide services for MM2H application, advice on all matters related to MM2H, Immigration, relocation and insurance. We provide insurance to clients as well. We are not into real estate or any other services but we will connect you to the right people. We are focused on MM2H and strive to meet our commitment for excellence.

KUALA LUMPUR

Address : C-11-2, Bangsar Trade Centre, Off, Jalan Pantai Baharu, Bangsar, 59200 Kuala Lumpur.

How to go there :

1. Grab - the location is already in the database. Just search for it

2. Public Transport -The nearest LRT is Kerinchi, which is only 3 stations from KL Sentral. Bangsar Trade Centre is next to the LRT station. Block C lobby faces the road. You don't get wet walking from LRT to the lobby. It is inside the building

3. By Car : There is parking inside Bangsar Trade Centre.

Opening hours : Monday to Friday 0830 till 1730. If there is a need for off-office-hours meeting, please set up an appointment via WhatsApp or email.

JOHOR BAHRU

Address : A-2-17, Block A, Pusat Komersial Bayu Tasek, Persiaran Southkey 1,80150 Johor Bahru.

Status : Opened.

How to go there :

1. Grab - the location is already in the database. Just search for it

2. By Car : There is basement parking inside this commercial zone.

Opening hours : Opens 362 days a year. Monday to Thursday 0830 till 1730. Friday, Saturday and Sunday till late evening or until last client leaves (up till 10pm). Please make appointment via email or WhatsApp. The Centre will only be closed on the eve, first and second day of Chinese New Year. The rest of the days, the Centre will be open.

PENANG HEADQUARTERS
